Bon Odori was held at Stadium Matshusita Section 21 last Saturday. The gate opened at 5pm but the the programme was only start at 7pm. Thanked to my friend, Marina cos inform me earlier about this festival.

It started with drum performance, and continued with Bon Odori dance.

I reckon 20k to 30k peoples went to this Japanese Festival. A lot of foods (although its quite pricey) including sushi, takoyaki, japanese ice cream and lot of stuff.

You can see japanese people wear their yukata. So cute (kawaii)....

2nd day di Sevilla...awal pagi ke Plaza De Toros (bullfight arena)...antara yg tertua di Spain..

dan lepas tu pegi Real Alcazar...punye le besar dan cantik...garden mmg luas dan cantik...

byk lagi tempat tapi lupa nama die..

bertolak dari madrid kul 8..dan sampai sevilla kul 2...perjalanan menggunakan bas selama 6 jam...lalu kebun olive kawasan berbukit...pemandangan yg cukup berbeza bagi aku... tak penah sampai tempat beriklim mcm ni... totally different with UK ngan malaysia..

tak byk sgt snap..pasal agak penat lepas sampai sevilla...

mlm 1st day tu kuar hanging out ngan other backpackers... tgk2 madrid during night...what can I said about madrid is never sleep at night...

2nd day gi Santiago Bernabeu...lepas jln2 skit..Plaza de Toros (bullfighting arena), Hard Rock Cafe..

dinner makan Tapas (fish garlic with olive oil..sedap gak..) ngan spanish omelete with potato..

Paella - Nasi yg digoreng ngan tomato kot...sedap gila...

Last 2 weeks..lepas gi carboot singgah ngan Abg Bard utk fruit picking...strawberries!!! but at that time tak bawak camera...agak rugi gak laaaa...tapi we plan to go there again... strawberries kat situ mmg manis aaa..masak kat pokok kan..mmg le manis... org kat situ ckp ade 3 different types of strawberries yg dorang tanam...

tapi mmg sedap gila dan murah!!!... kat malaysia jual mahal dan mmg masam.. tapi ni mmg beza sgt.. balik2 je terus makan ngan whip cream...yummy!!!!!!!



yg lawak..masa kat garden tu...masing2 sibuk citer pasal siti nurhaliza ngan strawberries cicah cokelat...eheheh!!! padahal kat sini strawberry cicah ngan belacan je pun bole... so org2 malaysia..jgn tertipu ngan sume tu ye...takde yg hebat pun pasal strawberry cicah cokelat... lain le kalu cherry.. antara summer fruit termahal... tapi strawberries ni stok lambak je..

yeah..now i upload one of my gift to my mom...alhamdullillah ade gak rezeki beli product from one of the finest and popular company in UK (especially in pottery and crystal)..Royal Doulton...harga kalu tgk kat malaysia bole pengsan...tapi kat UK agak mampu le beli...kira masuk diakal gak le...

ni je yg termampu beli buat masa skang...6 wine glasses crystal hand cut...

insyaAllah next time i'll buy tea set plak...skang ni tgh ushar yg mane mampu dulu..

i bet many peoples know the recipe...

Another simple, fast and easy dessert that I made last weekend..ekkekeke!!!!

pancakes american style...

# 4 large, just ripe bananas sliced lengthways
# 50g caster sugar
# 50g unsalted butter
# Good splash of red grape non alcohol..(optional)
# Vanilla ice cream, to serve
# 2tsp water

pancakes

# 100g plain flour
# 1 tsp baking powder
# salt
# 80ml buttermilk/milk
# 50ml cold water
# 2 large eggs, beaten
# Sunflower oil, for frying

sieve flour, baking powder and salt..lepas tu buat lubang kat tgh2...tuang telur and separuh dari susu dan air..kaco hingga sebati...then tuang baki susu tadi ke dlm campuran tepung tadik...lpas tu masak...

utk karamel pisang..
panaskan pan...then letak gula...jgn kaco..biarkan gula tadi cair dan tukar warna..then taruk butter...lepas tu taruk red grape spritzer..skit je..lepas tu campur air.. biarkan beberapa minit..tuangkan kat atas pancake..tinggalkan sikit kuah karamel...

letak vanilla ice cream kat atas...tuang karamel yg selebihnya kat atas ice-cream..

p/s: no wonder american peoples are bloody fat...
